After retiring, my wife and I decided we would downsize so we started looking at condos. The one we looked at was under construction so my wife asked if I would consider moving into a manfactured home. I was skeptical until we took a tour of Enchanted Acres and went to Green Lawn Homes. There, we met with Bryan Yonkin who spent many hours every several days explaining everything we needed to know about living in the community and showing us the manufactured homes available to us. Since moving in we have come to now many of the people who work for Greenlawn and all are friendly and helpful. The house we purchased is better built and more comfortable than the one we moved from, and that one was built for us. The community [Enchanted Acres] is a safe and secure community patroled by the Franklin County Sheriff's Department several times a day and at night also.
As far as I am concerned you can't find a better place to live. My neighbors are friendly and always willing to lend a hand if I ever need any help with anything.
As I said before, you can't find a better place to live. My wife and I have been here two years and love it!

What we liked best was your helpful and cheerful manner in answering all of our many questions. You always made time for us and never made us feel unwelcome or a bother.

Dan and I want you to know how grateful we are for all the help that you gave us when we were in the process of buying our Manufactured Home.
The home we had chosen at first was going to cost us a lot more in the upgrades that we had to get, when you told us about the Four Seasons home, which was the same floor plan as the Dutch model. Only in the Four Seasons home, all the extras we wanted are standard and the home is better built. And the quality is outstanding. We are so happy in our new home.
I know that I must have called you a dozen times or more with questions about a couple of changes that we wanted made to the house and you were always so glad to talk to me and give me the answers that I was looking for. You made suggestions that were very helpful and you were a delight to do business with. You were a professional and a friend. That is a rare quality in business nowadays.
